Employee Work Preparation & Quality Management (m/f/d)

Work preparation: You take over the complete planning and control of the orders – from the project facility to the tracking of the dates to the capacity planning – and make sure that everything is running in the production process. Interface management: You clarify open points, speak with internal departments and external partners – short, you hold the threads in your hand. Production coordination: You ensure that resources and personnel are optimally exploited – efficiency is your second first name. Quality management: You check end checks, document deviations and accompany corrective measures – quality is not an option, but a duty. Process optimization: You are thinking, questioning existing processes and developing production and quality processes.

Training in crafts or in industry? Perfect! A master title on top? Of course, if my client were to run around – it is not a must. First experience in production, work preparation or comparable environment. Production processes are not a blackbox for you – ideally you have already worked in construction or concrete (no need). MS Office is your tool, ERP systems your second home. Structure, responsibility, team spirit and clear communication are in your blood.
