Compensation & Benefits Expert (m/f/d)

You actively shape and define the group-wide compensation strategy as well as guidelines and governance structures. You build structured evaluation processes, control the Job-Landscape and perform job evaluations and salary benchmarkings. You implement regulatory requirements such as the EU Pay Transparency in time and analyze equal-pay and gender-pay gap initiatives. You will develop attractive pay models (Fixum, Variable Pay) and develop short and long term incentive programs (STI/LTI). You build the Bahlsen Benefits portfolio with a focus on health, sustainability and satisfaction in close coordination with HR Business partners. You act as a central savings partner for HR Management and control external partners and interfaces independently.

You bring multi-year relevant professional experience in the Compensation & Benefits area and in the independent implementation of HR measures. You have a deep knowledge of job evaluation methods, paybenchmarking and the concept of variable compensation and incentive models. You convince by your pronounced communication strength, a structured and self-responsive way of working and your analytical way of thinking. You control the safe handling of Excel, comparable analysis tools and common Google applications. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
