At the Cologne site you are a full lawyer:in part of the central legal team of the Zurich Group Germany with a focus on sales law You are the first representative for various sales teams and accompany exciting projects independently - from the first concept to the successful conclusion With your know-how, you advise on all sales issues and actively contributes up-to-date topics to the exchange with colleagues in the Legal Team You always keep the team and management informed about new legal developments so that everyone stays up to date Together with Sales Compliance and our Anti-Fraud Manager, you will ensure that our processes are safe and reliable In negotiations with sales and cooperation partners, you use your legal expertise to find solutions that are all pushing forward You tax external lawyers on projects and legal challenges, so everything goes smoothly

Team player with strong communication strength and high commitment to own topics Openness for modern working methods and the use of new tools and technologies Pragmatic, solution-oriented operation and safe handling of complex issues Successfully completed first and second legal state exams, ideally with predicate Knowledge of distribution and intermediary law, insurance supervision law, and commercial and competition law Practical experience in the insurance industry or firms of advantage Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
