HR-Expert (m/d) für People Compensation & Labour Relations Bonn Employment: The next possible date; Full-time; unlimited your tasks: further development and implementation of pay models, benefits strategies and working conditions for collective and non-tariff employees Design and negotiation of operating agreements (Non-IT & IT) for attractive and demand-oriented working conditions and advice of the specialist areas as well as people business partners in change processes Further developments of collective bargaining and the CRE Germany & Alps Advising HR People Business Partners in tariff, employment and business constitutional cases and managing cooperation with collective bargaining firms Further development of internal negotiating standards and management of the implementation of operating agreements Ensure the implementation of legal requirements and further development of contract design Support for the design of cooperation with the Works Council (including IT Committee, Economic Committee) and preparation of business meetings Training of executives and HR employees on labour, business and collective issues, as well as the provision and continuous updating of knowledge documents.
