Project developer wind power with a focus on land acquisition (m/f/d)

You are critical of identifying and securing suitable areas for wind energy projects. Construction and maintenance of contacts to land and landowners:inside, municipalities and other relevant partners to facilitate cooperation. Examination of areas with regard to legal, environmental, topographical and technical conditions. Implementation of site analyses, feasibility studies and preliminary studies (e.g. wind, infrastructure, environmental aspects). Preparation and negotiation of lease contracts, site agreements or other land transfers, as well as consultation with authorities and land owners. Preparation of presentations, decision templates and reports to inform internally and externally about acquisition progresses.

Completed studies in renewable energies, environmental sciences, engineering, economics or comparable qualifications. Alternatively: a completed training with relevant professional experience. Extensive interest in the land acquisition for wind energy projects and the pleasure of convincing land owners: to convince our projects and to build long-term, trusting partnerships. Basic knowledge of permission and planning procedures are advantageous, but no need – main thing, you like to work in complex topics. With your structured and independent way of working, you can also keep track of multiple parallel tasks. You communicate clearly and confidently – both in the team and with external partners. Friendly and secure occurrence as well as persuasiveness in contact with owners:inside, administrations and authorities. MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, you can control it securely and use it in the project everyday.
