Your thing In this position, you take full responsibility for all accounting processes in the accounting team. You ensure the smooth running of balance sheet, main book and asset accounting and are responsible for creating monthly and annual accounts according to HGB. You always keep an overview of provisions, limitations and project-related business incidents and ensure proper documentation in the context of financial statements, audits and legal reports. In addition, you continuously develop structures, processes and internal controls and strengthen transparency in the financial sector. You work closely with project management, controlling, HR, IT as well as external partners such as tax advisors and auditors. As a manager, you continue to control and develop your team and are a key player for all accounting and financial issues in the agency. Your tasks Responsibility for accounting, main accounting and asset accounting according to HGB Management and cooperation on monthly and annual accounts Ensuring correct collection of provisions, delimitations and advance payments Preparation and analysis of evaluations and preparation of documents for annual accounts, external audits, tax returns and legal reports Support for project-related accounting, sales realization and cost tracking Control of intra-group settlements and voting as well as international accounting processes (in particular Germany–China–Hongkong) Development and optimization of accounting processes, internal controls and systems (e.g. ERP/Deltek) Leadership of the Accounting Team (currently 4 employees) Our arguments Flexibility that suits you: We know that each university planner has individual needs and obligations.
