• As a Senior Operations Specialist (m/w/d), you will issue debt certificates and name papers in compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks - from the creation of documentation to payment execution.
• They are responsible for the plausibility check of commercial transactions, develop and check both contractually compliant business confirmations and debt certificates as well as name paper certificates and work together with other departments.
• You will also process the dunning and complaints, manage interest-rate claims and create and send fixation confirmations.
• In addition, you accompany software release changes including the execution of system tests and process business for corporate management companies.
• To optimize the workflows, you will be in regular exchange with our specialist departments - finally answer customer requests.

This will bring you

• Successful economic studies and/or completed bank training
• Multiannual professional practice in operation or capital market environment of a bank
• Good knowledge of the products Name papers, the pending framework conditions and the associated settlement processes
• Expertise in Murex MX.3 as well as know-how in MS Office with special focus on Word and Excel
• Very good German and good English in writing and word
