You support project management in timely structured purchases and awards You negotiate new (annual) contracts You control company performance You coordinate negotiations & award processes You opt for our tendering strategy You are responsible for monitoring raw materials & services You run the purchasing process professionally You strategically expand the network of regional partners in existing markets You are responsible for the holistic view of our construction projects

Completed studies in business, comparable training or professional experience Digital competence (Office, Avaplan / ITWO, Projects and Cosuno of advantage), Flexible operation Embossed team and communication skills Very good understanding of numbers Customer orientation, argumentation and conviction strength negotiating strength & structured thinking Architectural competence Interest in real estate
