Tax Assistant Auditing - Data Analysis / CVA (m/w/d)

We are a national and international audit and tax consultancy company based in Munich. We serve more than 200 employees: a wide range of large and medium-sized companies and institutions in the areas of tax consulting, auditing and business consulting and legal advice. The focus of our action is on the approach of personal care of our clients at the highest level of expertise. For this reason, we place particular emphasis on the creation of competences and the communication of know-how and the personal promotion of our employees. They support the valuation and advisory team in the preparation of expert opinions in connection with corporate assessments, assessment of individual (intangible) assets and debts at various assessment occasions (e.g. stock-law structural measures, commercial and tax assessments, purchase price allocations) and advice on business issues They support our team in carrying out equity assessments according to HGB and IFRS, the preparation of financial due diligence checks and fairness opinions They carry out projects for the preparation and analysis of financial planning models, contribute to the implementation of M&A projects, assist in financial audits and tax issues In the context of annual audits, they conduct the IT audit in close cooperation with auditors and deal with the topic of data analyses They contribute to the processing of key and special issues of national and international accounting

You have a degree in economics with a focus on financial management/corporate finance, accounting, auditing or Tax teaching or comparable training successfully completed They bring first professional or industry experience in the field of transaction consulting and/or corporate assessment with They ideally have a qualification as CVA and/or CFA or seek a qualification in this area You have fun on project- and team-oriented as well as independent work They are motivated and show a high degree of commitment
