BIM Coordinator | Hengelo (near Gronau) | Full-time (m/f/d)

Create, monitor and maintain BIM standards, protocols and agreements. Coordination of BIM models of different disciplines. Determination and discussion of conflicts and model deviations. Support and support of BIM modelers and project teams. First respondent for BIM-relevant questions. Support and interface coordination within the planning, costing and purchasing department for the quantities from the BIM model. Active further development of our own expertise and introduction of new impulses.

(m/w/d) or a study of architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification. Good communication skills and a proactive setting. Intensified expertise in BIM (practical experience in BIM project management is desirable). Detectable experience with the coordination of specialist models and basic knowledge in IFC standards. Affinity for BIM software solutions such as Revit, Solibri, CDE or comparable applications. First professional experience would be optimal but not absolutely necessary.
