Onboarding and support of existing customers, ensuring contract renewals and increasing the use of our medical and safety service solutions Control the end-to-end implementation of new customers and services, usage strategies and customer retention projects Development of offers, pricing and contracts Processing of customer requests Care of the CRM tool Close cooperation with internal departments to ensure a smooth and efficient process in the onboarding of customers and the renewal of customer contracts and reporting Cooperation in the development of cross-border distribution through proactive cooperation with other countries

You have a successfully completed study or a comparable qualification You bring first experience in sales in a professional service or international B2B sales environment with You are going to be quality-oriented and customer-oriented as well as structured, you know how you can set priorities to support several customers at the same time and you will be happy to take your own initiative You have a negotiation skills, are strong and a team player You have knowledge of German, English in word and writing and good French language
