We offer you an exciting function in the aftersales sector of the BMW branch Frankfurt, Offenbach branch.

What do you expect? Your duties include the professional care of the service customers:inside. The customer orientation is used as a model, e.g. by professional greeting and care of visitors:inside, interested:inside. In doing so, you accept the customer's wishes for workshop appointments or the assignment of these and are responsible for the IT-supported organization to ensure an optimal consulting and care service for customers:in consideration of the qualitative and quantitative objectives. You are responsible for the appointment, preparation, processing of supplier invoices and take over the interface processing. They provide our customers with information on vehicle status and organize the customer mobility. In addition, you will complete the cash register as well as collect and book incoming payments and cash flows. Final take over the processing of receivable management and work with the optimization of processes and processes.

What are you doing? Completed commercial or motor technical vocational training and first professional experience in the field of aftersales or in the customer contact area of a car house as well as comprehensive BMW product knowledge.
