Energy Management Consultant (m/f/d)

You work strategically – You are responsible for the cross-site introduction, maintenance and further development of energy management systems. In this context, you create energy planning and evaluation. You align the energy management of the Radeberger Group with future requirements and thus shape the future. You look closely – you combine and evaluate the energy-related performance indicators of our locations. The testing of energy bills is within your task. From this and from the KPIs, taking into account the market conditions, you conduct energy assessments for future investments as well as optimization potentials in relation to future contracts, in cooperation with the field of energy transformation. You offer a professional service – You are the central contact person (m/w/d) for energy-related issues and manage and accompany the companies and specialist departments in the planning and implementation of investments in energy-related plants. To do this, take into account the current framework conditions in the energy market and new techniques (e.g. use of AI). You are responsible for building and maintaining energy certification as well as for compliance with relevant legal obligations. In addition, you will ensure the cross-site knowledge transfer. You are a team player – you work closely with our companies and with adjacent departments.

Your training – you have a relevant qualification in the technical field (Studium Engineering/Electronics/Comparative Course or Technicians/Comparative Degree). Ideally, you have successfully completed a technical training and have a qualification as an energy manager. Your experience – you have been able to gain a multi-year professional experience in the operation, control of energy plants and associated process control systems. You can acquire knowledge of the data structures of a technical company. In addition, you can convince with your knowledge in project management. Your personality – you are characterized by your entrepreneurial thinking and your creativity and flexibility in finding solutions. Understanding processes and their relationships is easy for you. You work independently, bring the necessary enforcement capacity and would like to develop in our company. Your mobility – you will bring the readiness to travel within Germany, for example to accompany commissioning and internal, as well as external audits at our locations. Your know-how – you have well-founded MS Office knowledge. SAP knowledge is desirable Your sustainable action – you think in the long term and act responsibly. .
