Quality Manager Youth Welfare & Integration Assistance

The focus is on the strategic further development of our quality processes in order to sustainably promote participation, to secure educational quality and to continuously develop our organization. In this newly created position, you work closely with our business division lines. You design quality development with a noticeable effect and make a significant contribution to the strategic orientation of our work. The activity is practical. An essential part of your work takes place directly in our offers and services in Berlin and Brandenburg. Conceptual, controlling and documenting tasks are processed at our complex location in Berlin-Weißensee. Your duties As part of internal audits in the offers of youth and integration aid, check and secure the technical standards and legal requirements. With the establishment, implementation and control of a quality management system, you ensure transparency and traceability. Effect analyses are developed and continuously optimized by you to make the effectiveness of social offers measurable. Taking into account SGB VIII, SGB IX and BTHG, you will evaluate and develop existing educational concepts. The task field also includes consulting business management and executives with regard to quality standards, process optimization and organisational development. To implement new quality and process standards in the facilities, you actively participate and ensure sustainable implementation.

Multiannual professional experience in quality management, ideally in youth assistance and/or integration aid, is available. Finding knowledge of the relevant legal bases, in particular SGB VIII, SGB IX and BTHG, will help you. Experience in auditing, process analysis and concept assessment is one of your strengths. With effect orientation, key number systems and evaluation, you can handle safely and analytically. You have completed university studies (e.g. social management, social education, educational science, rehabilitation education, quality management or a comparable discipline). As part of the operation in the facilities in Berlin and Brandenburg, you act communicatively and highly consulting. Class B licence is required – a pool vehicle is available.
