To strengthen our team at Wietmarschen-Lohne we have Projektmanager (m/w/d) In our Water Line Integrity Solutions division, we contribute to the safe water supply of the future with our technical solutions and support our worldwide B2B customers with inspection and integrity solutions for water networks. As Leads, Proposal & Contracts Administrator, you are the central administrative support of our sales team throughout the entire sales process.

Lead Administration & Data Quality Maintenance and updating of leads, opportunities and customer data in the CRM system. Coordination with Lead Owners, Opportunity Owners, Sales Managers and Sales Engineers. Active tracking of leads and opportunities along the sales pipeline, including status check, memory of open activities and escalation in inactivity. Ensuring data quality (completeness, consistency, duplicate testing). Creating evaluations and lists to support sales meetings. Proposal & Contracts Support Administrative support in creating offers and contract documents. Support in the preparation of pre-qualification documents and tender documentation based on internal content and templates. Date coordination and time-limit management so that pre-qualification, offer and tender documents are submitted in full and in time. Maintenance and structuring of the central proposal and contract documentation (release, versioning, master library). Compilation, maintenance and updating of documents supporting business development activities (e.g. reference projects/case studies, corporate presentations). Close cooperation with international colleagues from sales, technology, operations and other disciplines.

To become part of the Rosenxt family, you have a careful, structured and service-oriented working method, as well as: Completed commercial training or studies (BWL, economic engineering, technical or administrative studies) or a comparable qualification. First experience in the sales service, proposal/bid management or in order/contract processing of advantage. Safe handling of MS Office, ideally experience with a CRM system. Careful, structured and service-oriented operation as well as enjoying data accuracy. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Other foreign languages are a plus, but not absolutely necessary.
