Working environment: Our location has a good connection to the ÖPNV - but you can also work partially on the mobile Team: You become part of a 4-person team and get the opportunity to work with interesting tasks Responsibility: For our ERP system RONA you actively support our 1st and 2nd level support and process the requests of our end users. In addition, you also support in administrative support or projects to further develop our system Process processing: You work on our ticket system independently incoming incident & change request tickets With design: You analyse new requirements, identify potential solution options, and support pioneering implementation

Study: You are a student of (economic) informatics or a comparable degree programme Experience: In the best case, you have already been able to earn first professional experiences in the field of IT or Backoffice Personality: You bring your own initiative and communication strength, are reliable and work structured IT skills: You have good IT skills (e.g. Excel) and can quickly work into new programs, processes and apps Language skills: Our company language is German
