To strengthen the team in the nursery, we are looking for a dedicated Senior Consultant (m/w/d) With green thumb and organizational skills, you can design our outdoor facilities with your team – and thus contribute to the well-being atmosphere for patients, employees and visitors. The University Hospital Freiburg is looking for a dedicated, design-intensive management (m/w/d) for the in-house fermentation plant. In this key position, you are responsible for the sustainable maintenance and development of all green and grey areas, are involved in construction and infrastructure projects and run a qualified team of around 30 employees. Your work is a visible contribution to the quality of life at the clinic campus.

Management, control and further development of the nursery with about 30 employees Organisation and strategic development of green and grey area management Participation in construction, infrastructure and mobility projects at the clinic area Planning and control of investments, budgets and personnel deployment Maintenance, design and maintenance of green areas, playgrounds and tree areas Organisation of parking management Coordination of maintenance measures close cooperation with other departments to create an attractive clinic environment

Master's examination or technical training in garden and landscape construction (m/w/d) multiannual experience in the professional and personal management of horticultural teams Organisational strength, design joy and entrepreneurial thinking good knowledge of MS Office and ideally SAP Class C1 driving licence (or readiness to purchase) strong communication skills and joy in working in the team
