You actively and independently manage complex construction projects – over the entire project duration, from planning to realization to commissioning Planning and execution participants coordinate and control costs, dates and qualities with a clear focus on economic project success You act as a Sparring partner for our customers and move safely in the tension field of different stakeholders By identifying market opportunities and establishing customer relationships, you contribute to the acquisition of new projects With the establishment of long-term partnerships, you will strengthen our network, continue to portray in relevant topics and use your expertise to positively influence processes To ensure the quality of work results, you actively promote knowledge transfer in the team

You can demonstrate a degree in areas such as civil engineering, construction management, architecture, real estate and engineering, economic engineering or comparable technical qualifications In the context of industrial and commercial customers, you bring at least 2 years of professional experience in project management, project management or construction management (Senior > 7 years) You have well-founded knowledge in project management as well as in contract and claim management and are safe to handle AHO, HOAI and VOB You bring experience in Lean Construction Management, for example using methods such as timing You treat yourself in an initiative, solution-oriented and pragmatic way and feel comfortable in an agile, constantly changing environment You convince by your safe occurrence, your communication strength and your negotiation skills in direct customer contact You have knowledge of German (min. C1 level) and good English skills
