Operations management eCommerce warehouse (m/f/d)

You assume the overall responsibility for trouble-free warehouse operation – with the aim of reliably and on time supplying our customers in eCommerce You ensure that quality, performance and service targets (e.g. delivery days, output, delivery quality) are achieved and continuously develop the site With your team from department managers, department managers and team leaders, you will have about 400 employees incl. hire workers, build the leadership level, develop executives and create a powerful, team-oriented culture You control essential reconstruction and commissioning projects, introduce new processes and ensure that growth dynamics, operational requirements and changes in everyday life fit together You are visible on the surface – you are actively looking for exchange with the teams, pick up operational challenges early and have a clear sense of day-to-day business In performance-critical situations, you keep the key figures in mind, evaluate performance and delivery quality, communicate proactively towards logistics management, HR and works council and act as a reliable Sparring partner As a central interface, you take responsibility for location-relevant decisions, control personnel use (fixed vs. time work) together with HR and drive the organizational further development of the camp

Logistics background: experience in commercial or ecommerce logistics or in the operation of distribution centers; modern warehouse and logistics systems are familiar to you from practice Leadership experience: Multiannual experience in managing disciplinary executives (e.g. department manager, team leader) as well as pleasure in developing leadership teams and accompanying them through phases of change Change- & project expertise: Reconstruction projects, commissioning or growth phases have already been successfully controlled – you combine structured project procedures with proximity to the area Key figures & decision strength: You work safely with logistics-relevant key figures (performance, delivery days, output, delivery quality), derive measures and make clear, resilient decisions Communication & posture: In dealing with employees, works council, HR and other interfaces, you will have a binding, professional and solution-oriented approach – taking responsibility and clearly positioning it is of course for you If you want to further develop an ecommerce store operationally as strategically, have the pleasure of strengthening executives and leading a location through growth and change, then let us talk.
