Werkstudent Continious Improvement & 5S (m/f/d)

A working student (m/w/d) in the Continious Improvement & 5S area is looking for the Glinde site (Schleswig-Holstein).

Support for the introduction, implementation and further development of the 5S methodology in the fields of expertise Participation in 5S audits, visits and action tracking Documentation of standards (e.g. 5S checklists, work instructions, markings) Visualization of workplaces and processes (characters, boards, standards) Training support and awareness of employees for 5S and job order Analysis of potential for improvement and active participation in CS actions Close cooperation with the Continuous Improvement, production or logistics team

Immatricated in a relevant course of studies (e.g. economic engineering, mechanical engineering/production engineering, logistics, business management with a focus on production/ lean) Interest in Lean Management, 5S, CVP and Process Optimization Structured, independent and careful operation Good communication skills and hands on mentality Secure handling of MS Office (in Excel, PowerPoint) First practical experience in the production or logistics environment of advantage
