In order to strengthen our project team, we are now looking for a construction manager (m/w/d) for complex large-scale projects in security and building technology. Our specialists: plan, integrate and implement comprehensive technical security solutions for important customer objects – from the industrial complex to governmental locations to critical infrastructures. As a design engineer, you play a key role in the successful implementation of these demanding projects. As a construction manager (m/w/d) in the field of large-scale projects, you are responsible for the technical and organizational management of extensive construction and safety projects. You coordinate teams, control external structures and ensure that technical solutions are implemented in a timely, normative and economical manner. Overview of your tasks Management, organisation and monitoring of large construction and engineering projects Technical management and operational planning of technician teams and control of subcontractors Examination of technical feasibility, resource planning and material disposition Participation in project and construction meetings as well as central interface to the customer on site Documentation of deviations/points via tools such as ES Office, Bluebeam or PlanRadar Creation and maintenance of technical documents (e.g. line plans, switch-on, technical drawings, QM documentation) Programming, commissioning and transfer of safety equipment including customer training Calculation, negotiation and notification of additional services to the project management Participation in project planning, scale, billing, sales progress (POC) and quality assurance Ensuring compliance with all standards, guidelines and EHS and safety requirements Implementation of site visits and processing of returns (RMA) Representation of the company to customers, partners and internal departments

This brings you – must criteria Multiannual professional experience in the realization of larger construction or safety projects Complete technical training, ideally technicians or masters Very good knowledge of weak power technology, safety electronics, IT/network technology Experience in project management (planning, control, KPIs, billing) Experience in leadership of teams and subcontractors Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Strongly pronounced sense of cost and responsibility flowing German knowledge, good English knowledge in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office as well as CAD software (AutoCAD, Visio) Readiness to travel to the South German region (Bayern and Baden-Württemberg) Remarkable Knowledge in ERP system ES Office Embossed communication and organisational skills Diplomatic skill and sovereign handling of customers
