General practical counselling of the business units, in direct cooperation with other departments elaboration and negotiation of business agreements, collective agreements and the elaboration of work contracts and other legal texts Representation of the business units as a syndicate attorney / full lawyer in courts, authorities and other institutions Analysis of legislative changes and current case law and the implementation of the following consequences in the company Participation in cross-departmental personnel projects, design and assessment of personnel strategies from the labour market perspective and the support of the resulting operational change processes

Multiannual professional experience (3-5 years) as a syndicate law attorney / full lawyer labor law (m/w/d), at best in the corporate environment of an industrial company or in a law firm or in an association with a corresponding focus in labour law Experiences in individual and collective labour law, at best confirmed by a specialist attorney title in labour law Interest and understanding of economic relationships and very good communication skills
