About the role

The Guest Services Coordinator (m/w/d) – Workplace Experience is an integral part of the Latham Workplace Experience Team. You are responsible for welcoming clients and external visitors through to the support and support of our lawyers and business services employees, with the aim of providing the firm's internal and external customers with a first-class customer experience. This exciting role is in our Frankfurt office and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment on site. We offer a flexible shift rotation between 7:30 and 19:00, which promotes a varied and dedicated working.

Responsibilities and qualifications

Your other tasks include: Conference room and workplace management via our reservation system Acceptance and forwarding of incoming calls Support in the organisation and implementation of internal and external events of the firm Ordering food & beverages and office materials Accounting and Accounting
