During your training, you're going through various specialist departments and getting to know NordCap. You work on real projects in a practical way and develop into an important interface between IT, departments and management. Digitalization & Process Optimization (focus) Analysis and optimization of work and business processes, identification of digitalization potentials and participation in the introduction of new systems, use of digital tools for automating processes Artificial Intelligence & New Technologies Cooperation in AI-based applications (e.g. chatbots, intelligent search or assistance systems), knowledge of low-code/no-code solutions, evaluation of the economic benefits of new technologies Data & information management Processing, maintenance and analysis of data, support in reports, evaluations and decision-making bases, ensuring data quality and transparency Project & Process Management Cooperation in digitalization and IT projects, application of classic and agile project management methods, coordination between internal stakeholders and external service providers Digital solutions in marketing & sales Insights into CRM systems and digital customer processes. Support for marketing tools, online platforms and data analysis, understanding for digital customer communication and processes IT Security & Privacy Fundamentals on data protection, information security and compliance, awareness of responsible handling of data Commercial & supporting areas Purchasing, sales, accounting and digital HR processes, economic evaluation of digital solutions (cost-benefit analyses) You work on real tasks in a practical way, are actively involved in day-to-day business and get to know digital connections holistically – supplemented by teaching at the vocational school.
