As an intern in the Executive Board of CHRO, you support the Team Organization & Culture. We work together on exciting projects related to organisational development, New Ways of Working, Culture and agile working methods. In this role you live our hybrid model ''Flexibel'''. You will work one or two fixed or flexible days on site, and on the other days you can work remotely. This is what awaits you You support us in the design and implementation of strategic projects in the context of organisational development and the support of cultural initiatives within the P7S1 Group Your work includes collaboration in the core project team to establish New Ways of Working (NWOW) In order to gain insights into the satisfaction, motivation and needs of the company, we have a new employee survey since May 2024. This takes place half year. You actively support the implementation, communicative support and the evaluation of the survey and derivation of action fields You will work with the preparation, implementation and preparation of (team) workshops In implementing agile methods, you are introducing yourself to the working day of employees You will also start presentations and take research activities on current trends and topics

You study economics, psychology or in a comparable course of studies with a focus on personnel, work or organizational psychology in the last Bachelor semester or Master Ideally, you have already gained first experience in the field of organizational development, change management or agile environment Personally you convince with a high degree of motivation, eagerness and openness for new topics You plead a proactive, dialogue-oriented communication and work independently Very good knowledge in MS teams and PowerPoint complete your profile, knowledge in Miro are beneficial
