You develop the strategic orientation of our personnel development on the basis of the group standards in which you contribute and create a future-oriented personnel development portfolio for the Ottersberg site and for Human Food You design a modern personal development portfolio along the entire employee lifecycle You develop concepts and processes for the Human Food Division in site-specific implementation. The topics come from competence management, learning and training, talent management, executive development and risk management for key positions with succession planning You advise managers and HR colleagues:inside strategic issues of personnel development You develop our external partner network, coordinate it and ensure continuous quality You ensure that effective and measurable personnel development measures are created from strategic concepts

You have a successfully completed study with a focus on human resources management, economic psychology, pedagogy or a comparable qualification as well as several years of experience in human resources development You identify relationships with your entrepreneurial thinking and consistently align personal development with the company's goals With your vision and high implementation skills, you can also keep complex projects in mind You work structured, independent and solution-oriented You convince by consulting skills, communication strength and a safe occurrence at all hierarchy levels You understand how to win people for changes, bring together different interests and successfully collaborate across areas and locations
