At the Lutherstadt Wittenberg site, two equal areas of expertise are managed under a common site structure. The aim is a high-quality, economically viable and regionally connected work.

The area of vocational education in the rehabilitation area, professional integration and pupils' homes is designed to integrate young people and adults with support needs in a sustainable way into training, work and an independent life.

We are looking for a dedicated, structured managerial personality with a clear focus on results, an economic view, a technical depth and a strong regional connection for the 01.07.2026. The body shall be filled in full time (39h/week) and indefinitely.

Economic and strategic responsibility for revenue and earnings development, relevant key figures, investments and efficient use of human and material resources Management and further development of vocational education, vocational integration and the pupil's home Guided tour of about 50 employees incl. Team management with responsibility for a valuable, structured and quality-oriented management culture, as well as for personnel acquisition, binding and development Active regional networking and cooperation with clients, landlords, schools, institutions and other relevant partners Joint cooperation with the management of social work at the site

Complete study with economic or educational focus (e.g. business management, education management, economic/vocational education) or a completed professional qualification at master, technician, specialist or business level, each with a multiannual experience in the economic management of educational or rehabilitation services Multiannual leadership experience with proven responsibility for personnel and sales and earnings management Funded knowledge in the rehabilitation and participation system (e.g. SGB II / III / IX) as well as in the organisation and control of vocational training measures Structured, responsible and solution-oriented working with a pronounced entrepreneurial approach Knowledge of the regional labour market and education market and the willingness to network on site
