Head of the Gas & Water Department (m/f/d)

Technical management of the water/gas department in accordance with DVGW (approximately 30 employees) and responsibility for the construction and operation of gas, water and perspective hydrogen infrastructure Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements as well as the development and coordination of a 1–5 year strategy with the field management Leadership, motivation and further development of the team including regular employee and leadership talks as well as structured personnel development Optimization and digitization of processes, identification of new technologies and implementation of technical projects for the transformation of natural gas networks towards hydrogen Central interface function to the department management and other departments as well as internal and external representation of the department including technical advice from customers and partners

Complete bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or state-tested technicians with corresponding professional experience as well as at least two years of industry experience in water, gas or energy supply Multiannual practical experience in crafts or industrial environments and proven leadership experience in technical areas Funded knowledge in project management, industry-specific planning and monitoring tools and the DVGW scheme Impressed organisational skills, strategic thinking and results-oriented working with efficient delegation competence Communication-strong and enforceable leaders with a secure appearance, a sense of decision as well as strong motivation and conflict resolution skills
