Project Manager ERP Implementation / Migration (m/f/d)

For the introduction of a new ERP system or the change from our existing ERP system to a modern, future-proof solution, we are looking for an experienced project manager (m/w/d) with detectable expertise in complex ERP implementation projects.

In this key role, you take over the overall responsibility – from strategic planning to operational control to the successful introduction of the new system in operation. You actively shape the change, accompany the organisation in change management and lead internal and external stakeholders safely through all phases of the project.

Head of the entire ERP introduction or Migration project from initiation to Go‐live and follow-up Creation of project strategy, roadmap, miles and resource planning Compilation and management of a multifunctional project team including Selection of the consultancy partner Analysis and optimization of existing business processes and coordination of system requirements with the departments Creation of a duty/load specification and selection of the ERP system Control and coordination of all internal and external project participants (specialities, IT, ERP service providers, consultancy partners) Budget responsibility as well as ongoing controlling of time, costs and quality Regular project status reports on management and management Support of employees by the change process Ensuring acceptance and sustainable use of the new ERP system Presentation of workshops, training and decision-making Ensuring implementation and data migration

Qualification Multiannual experience in managing complex ERP-introduction or migration projects Understanding business processes (e.g. production, purchasing, logistics, sales, controlling) Experience in working with external implementation partners Project management skills Personal competencies Impressive strength, decision-making competence and structured approach Improving communication capability at all levels Ability to take employees, motivate and make changes positive (Change Management) High stress resistance, conflict resolution competence and pragmatic hands-on mentality Analytical thinking and high sense of responsibility
