You bring experience in credit or customer service, keep an overview of complex contractual, damage and estate topics and want to actively shape the mobility change? Then our back office team strengthens our responsibility for the professional support of our credit and lease contracts. Contract management from A to Z: You take the holistic care and management of credit and lease contracts over the entire life cycle (e.g. contract modifications, termination management, master data and address care). Responsibility & empathy: You independently control the structured handling of damage cases and accompany sensitive estate matters with the necessary fingertip feeling. Future topics accompany: You are engaged in vehicle-related additional products and safeguards (such as residual debt insurance and GAP protection) and actively contribute to our service around modern e-mobility concepts (e.g. battery moorings). Interface competency: As a communication-strong and solution-oriented contact person, you are competent to assist our customers, trading partners, lawyers and authorities.

Funded basis: You have successfully completed a commercial training and brings several years of professional experience in credit or customer service. Communication talent & service gene: You convince by communication strength, empathy and a pronounced customer orientation. In addition, the interface attracts you to automotive and insurance topics. Digital Fitness: Dealing with the current MS Office tools (in particular Excel and Outlook) is self-evident for you, and you work quickly into modern CRM and administration systems. Working methods: You are characterized by a structured, reliable and conscientious way of working – also with sensitive concerns Always the overview and the necessary discretion. Language competence: You communicate stylisticly in German (in word and writing) and bring good English knowledge to our international group environment.
