As a senior data management specialist, you make sure that production-critical master data is correct, consistent and resilient at any time. You create the basis for stable processes in engineering, production and supply chain – and actively prevent errors, delays and unnecessary costs. Responsibility for the care, structure and quality of all product, article and piece list data (BOM) in the MRP system Ensuring a consistently high data quality, consistency and traceability over the entire product life cycle Independent control and implementation of Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) including impact analysis on production and supply chain Close cooperation with engineering, production and supply chain to ensure current and loadable master data Active support of new product introductions (NPI) through structured and complete data provision Identification of weaknesses in data processes and consistent optimization in the sense of lean and efficiency principles Definition and enforcement of data standards, governance rules and best practices
Completed studies (engineering, data management, business informatics, etc.) and 5–8 years relevant professional experience Found experience with MRP/ERP systems (e.g. D365) and complex list structures Practice in handling engineering changes and their impact on production and supply chain Ability to analyze and solve data problems in a structured manner High quality awareness and strong understanding of data governance and process standardization Self-employed, structured working with Ownership mentality, clear communication and very good German and English skills
