Description

• Checking and reporting of the technical and timely production design of various structures (steel construction; container / tank construction; furnace elements; Dryers; supply / exhaust air systems;...) with our subcontractors on site
• Implementation of quality tests and functional samples including the preparation of related technical documentation
• Documentation of errors as well as participation in troubleshooting in coordination with the various departments
• Examination of the completeness of out- and in-coming deliveries (products, delivery parts) and participation in the creation of packages and parts lists, as well as ensuring a packaging suitable for transport
• Creation and maintenance of test plans
• Development of production suppliers

Profile

• Technical training, technicians or technical studies with experience in quality management Multiannual professional experience required in the fields of steel construction / sheet metal production, various welding processes and surface treatments
• Welding test of advantage
• Prior knowledge of international plant construction desirable
• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Secure handling of MS-Office applications, knowledge in handling SAP
• High readiness for travel in Germany and abroad
• Safe and binding occurrence
• Flexibility, enforcement and persuasiveness of suppliers
• Self-employed, reliable working and commitment and team skills
