CDE Coordinator Digital Data Management in Construction and Real Estate Projects (m/f/d)

You actively shape digital cooperation in our construction and real estate projects. As a central platform for data, plans, models and processes, you develop the CDE and create the basis for efficient and structured project processes. You maintain and manage our Common Data Environment (CDE) and ensure secure, functional and user-friendly system operation. You coordinate user access, roles and permissions and ensure compliance with defined data standards in the projects. You continuously develop the CDE and processes and standards and accompany the introduction of new modules and functions. You coordinate cooperation with internal and external stakeholders and support the implementation of BIM-related requirements. You advise and support our project teams in the use of CDE and accompany the transfer of relevant project data to asset management and DMS. You analyze optimization potentials, develop suggestions for improvement and plan as well as carry out training and workshops for internal and external users.

You have a degree or comparable qualification, ideally related to IT, digitalization, construction, architecture or real estate. You bring practical experience in the administration and further development of a CDE or comparable digital data space. You have knowledge of project management and ideally in the BIM environment and in the handling of data and document management systems. You work structured, independent and solution-oriented and enjoy developing digital processes and systems. You communicate safely with different internal and external stakeholders and can communicate technical connections in a comprehensible manner.
