Support for target group and demand-oriented personnel development, e.g. organisation of internal training, coaching, room preparation, research, conception Conception and creation of e-learning and support in the administration of our Learning Management System Support in carrying out the annual talent review process Support for training management and training marketing

Continuous studies in the field of pedagogy, psychology or economy with focus Safe handling of Microsoft 365 Structured working and basic knowledge in the design of training Basic knowledge or interest in current tools and trends in talent management, leadership, learning & development Good communication skills in German and English combined with a strong team and service idea
