The Bosch Building Technologies division is an internationally leading provider of systems, solutions and services that increase the safety of people, buildings and property values and also contribute to greater comfort, energy efficiency and sustainability. Bosch Building Technologies is part of the international product business and the regional system integration business. Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion reporting systems and communication systems as well as the associated cross-sectional functions within the business unit are to be set up as an independent unit and subsequently developed by a new owner as a sustainable core business. This position is intended for KEENFINITY GmbH, an innovative company with around 4,200 employees worldwide, which is currently being disassembled from the Bosch Group and operates as an independent company from mid-2025. It offers a dynamic working environment with a lot of design space and exciting development possibilities. Together with internal and external experts in the company, they accompany the development of a tax function, with the focus on transfer prices, businesses and intra-group licences, and conduct two tax officers. They support the establishment and further development of the global transfer price strategy, transfer price methodology and processes, as well as the preparation and assessment of basic questions. They ensure the global transfer price compliance by assessing new business models and are also responsible for the transfer price controlling for the Group. Your further tasks include ensuring a group-wide and law-compliant transfer price documentation as well as ensuring the tax compliance for foreign businesses and representative offices in cooperation with external consultants. They work with the global definition, development and implementation of the international licensing concept for intra-group transactions. They support the design of the risk management and the internal control system in the task area. They coordinate the implementation of tax changes in their area of responsibility in cooperation with external consultants (including through continuous monitoring of legislative changes and recommendations for action).

Education: Successfully completed study of economics with a focus on taxes or comparable degree (ideally with tax advisor exams). Personality & working methods: Structured, independent and analytical methods. Experience and know-how: at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in an international group or an international tax law firm. Extensive knowledge of international tax law. A safe handling of MS Office products is assumed to be an IT affinity. Languages: German and English knowledge.
