Own analysis and evaluation of funding notices and advice from university members on the eligibility and strategic viability of project ideas Development of appropriate application strategies as well as technical control and quality assurance, in particular complex, multi-level and international application procedures, for example in federal funding programmes or in the context of Interreg Coordination of the participating internal and external partners as well as independent clarification of application-related questions with project promoters and project partners Own consultation and expert examination of financing plans, cost approaches and application documents taking into account the requirements of funding law, grant law, assistance law and university internal requirements Identification of financial, legal and institutional risks, development of viable solutions, and delivery of technical recommendations for revising and filing Participation in the design and development of high-level guidelines, standards and procedures in the field of research funding, as well as the development and evaluation of key figures and the development of decision bases for staff and university management Internal university communication, maintenance of project information and information services, as well as further administrative tasks related to support counselling

A successfully completed university degree (Bachelor), preferably in an industrial, administrative, legal or comparable field You ideally have several years of experience in advising and supporting research or transfer applications, in particular in programmes of national, federal or EU funding good knowledge of the funding landscape and the right to grant and aid; Knowledge of budgetary law and third-party funding calculations are advantageous You are able to evaluate and understand complex funding conditions, financing plans and application documents You are characterized by a highly independent, careful, structured and solution-oriented operation. You have strong communication and consulting skills and coordinate different internal and external stakeholders safely and legally You are happy to advise people and at the same time a strong understanding of numbers, calculations and financing plans You have very good knowledge of common office applications, especially Excel or comparable spreadsheet software Experience with university structures and research information systems is advantageous Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Good English knowledge of word and writing
