Bid Manager in the area of quotation preparation part-time 20 hours/week (m/f/d)

Responsibility and control of the tender process from the tendering procedure to the conclusion of the contract View and analyze complex tender documents according to technical, commercial and formal requirements Coordination of all internal departments involved in the Bid process, external partners and suppliers/service providers Compilation of cost orders from specialist departments and costing of sales prices according to company guidelines. Organisation of the required admission documents Risk assessment, assessment and implementation of necessary release processes Consolidation of partial results and compilation of final tender documents

Completed engineering or economic studies, as an alternative a completed technical and commercial training or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in project management and/or bid management, ideally in the processing of public tenders in the telecommunications environment Overarching system thinking, team and communication skills and the willingness to work in an interface function An independent, responsible and solution-oriented way of working and self-initiative and organisational skills Safe handling of common computer programs German language skills and good English skills in word and writing
