Strengthen the learning and competence development of LeKo as soon as possible Digital Learning Systems Manager (m/d) in parttime (75 % or 30 hours / week) Together with the Technische Hochschule Augsburg, HERO develops innovative educational opportunities that combine social engagement with academic learning. A central component of the project is the establishment of a digital infrastructure for the management of learning offerings, micro-credentials and evaluation processes. The technical body is shaping this infrastructure significantly, coordinating integration into existing university systems and supporting the inter-universal networking of digital processes. This makes it a significant contribution to the scalability, sustainability and sustainability of the project.

You take over the technical conception, introduction and further development of the digital platforms for HERO@Start and HERO@University in the field of digital teaching and learning systems (E-Learning / Learning Management Systems) You are responsible for the implementation and support of the digital micro-credential structure, including integration with certification, recognition and evaluation systems (e.g. LMS and exam environments) You integrate the platforms into existing university systems and ensure data quality, data security and documentation of technical processes You advise and support users and accompany piloting, testing and introduction processes You coordinate the IT interfaces in conjunction with the Technical University of Augsburg and agree to this with internal and external IT service providers to ensure a technical compatibility across high school levels

Complete Bachelor Program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Media Informatics, Information Management or a Comparative Field Experience in the introduction, support or further development of digital systems, platforms or web-based applications, in particular Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning systems Knowledge of interface management, system integration and digital certification and learning management systems are advantageous Ability to analyze, document and implement technical requirements together with internal and external partners Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working methods as well as pronounced communication and team skills Interest in higher education, digital transformation and innovative teaching and learning formats
