Your tasks: Ensuring the implementation of construction projects in the field of superstructure / constructive engineering You co-ordinate the timely completion of the construction measures in close cooperation with the team of planning and project management as well as the external contractor: In doing so, you take over the monitoring of costs, dates and agreed quality, as well as the release of bills and audits Contract and follow-up management takes you as a separate focus in the construction monitoring team You are responsible for the technical support of acceptances and commissioning of functional plants This allows you to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the construction (construction “under the rolling wheel”) as well as compliance with the applicable operational and safety regulations

Your profile: The basis of your career is the degree as a civil engineer:in or engineer:in a comparable field and you have practical experience in construction projects or in construction monitoring in the field of construction engineering and knowledge of valid legal regulations You have the function training to:to the building manager:on the railway and you have the willingness to work on changing layers at night, weekends and holidays Self-contained, structured and targeted work as well as a pronounced time, cost and quality awareness and a high level of responsibility you have internalized You have a valid class B driver's license as well as unrestricted health fitness (reviewed as part of the application process) You can easily communicate powerful arguments and convince others of your ideas and initiative, communication strength and team spirit to complete your profile
