Project Manager / Construction Manager New Construction and Renovation (m/f/d)

Own-sponsored control and support of new construction projects as well as refurbishment projects focusing on maintenance, restoration, modernization, expansion and reconstruction Control and support of the projects from planning and tendering, procurement and construction to acceptance and warranty Coordination and monitoring of projects in terms of costs, dates, quality and design Procurement and award of construction services and negotiation and control of construction companies and external service providers Coordination of architects, engineers, specialist planners and other project participants Perception of the building and – depending on the project – the building management in the sense of the construction order Control and monitoring of the performance phases of HOAI relevant to the respective project, in particular in the field of tendering, procurement, object monitoring and supervision Creation and testing of performance descriptions, cost estimates and budget applications Auditing and management of budgets, costs, invoices and supplements Implementation and documentation of construction waste as well as defect and warranty tracking Coordination with authorities, planners, contractors, tenants and internal specialist departments Ensuring compliance with public, regulatory and technical requirements Care and ensuring complete project documentation

completed studies in the field of civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction), architecture or a comparable qualification; as an alternative a completed technician or master training with extensive professional experience Multiannual relevant professional experience in the project and/or construction management in the new building and renovation Good knowledge in planning, tendering, awarding and handling of construction projects and ideally knowledge of the relevant performance phases of HOAI Experience in managing construction companies and other project participants Safe handling of costs, dates, contracts, invoices and supplements Good understanding of construction prices and services of different trades Responsible, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Communication strength, negotiation skills and safe occurrence to contractors, planners and authorities Routine in dealing with MS Office Good knowledge of German (C1 level)
