Senior Consultant (m/d) in the area of competence and care center (KBZ) E-Akte

You support the Service Manager/-in eAkte POLIZEI in all areas of service management You strengthen the service management for various e-shares, among others: Escalation management Participation in contract designs and new invitations Reporting of cost and budget controlling Creation of service management overviews Collection, preparation and evaluation of service characteristics Tracing risks

You perform organisational tasks in the team, such as B.: Planning and coordination of tasks of the team Pre- and post-processing for bodies Support of the senior staff post office Collection/processing of data for license management

You have a successfully completed university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics and the like. You can also apply if you have equivalent skills and experience due to your vocational training (e.g. as a computer scientist) or due to your professional qualification and multiannual relevant activities. You have knowledge of project management and ideally in the field of document management You understand how to communicate, work structured, are independent and secure in dealing with customers, stakeholders and software manufacturers You are customer- and service-oriented, durable and have a high quality and responsibility awareness You have an independent operation, strong perseverance and a high degree of enforceability
