Your duties

Your tasks include the planning, control and implementation of new construction measures and major refurbishment measures to preserve the building stock. You coordinate external planners, service providers and executive companies as contractors. You carry out tenders, awards and purchases of works. Examination of invoices, claims and warranty claims as well as ensuring a proper construction project documentation is one of your tasks.

You are trained civil engineering technicians (m/w/d) with many years of professional experience or have a completed study of the fields of civil engineering, project management in civil engineering. You are experienced in the development of renovation and/or new construction projects. Funded knowledge of HOAI, VOB and BauO will bring you with you. You work structured and result-oriented and convince with pronounced communication strength, team spirit and enforcement capability. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing are indispensable. driving licence class B
