At the school, around 65 teachers, educators, nurses and other staff in classes and multi-class multi-professional teams cooperate. Very good spatial conditions and learning and working methods offer the school community many opportunities for participation and inclusion. Each class has two classrooms that allow diverse forms of individual and differentiated work. In addition, each classroom is equipped with a fully-fledged kitchen that allows life-structural learning in everyday school and students to eat in a familiar and quiet environment. The lessons are conducted from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 15:00. You take over a school with a very dedicated and facing management team and deputy, in which an experienced college has always looked at the needs of the children, and in which the professional and cultural school development and organizational development are gaining new momentum. Head of schoolin: From the school year 2026/2027, as head of a dedicated school management team, you will be responsible for the Stephanus funding centre with the focus on “spiritual development” according to § 69 SchulG. The close cooperation with the management team of the primary school on the campus complements your leadership task. School development: The school program continues to develop, accentuate the design of modern, inclusive educational approaches and strengthen the diaconic profile of the school. Networking: You cooperate closely with other Stephanus educational institutions and promote the networking of the school in the district, in the country and in public and private networks. Economic action: School resources manage efficiently and sustainably, keep resources and budgets in mind and ensure the long-term economic sustainability of the school. Evaluation: Ensure, evaluate and develop the quality of school work. You will be in close contact with the parents and specialist departments. Support: You report to the Management of Education, from which you, as well as from the Schools Department and the entire Stephanus Centre, are supported and accompanied in technical questions, strategic decisions and the further development of the school.

You have several years of professional experience in pedagogical practice, in particular in the context of inclusion, special education or training. You bring experience in school management (even from the second series), in the management of staff, practical knowledge in school law and a basic business understanding. The Stephanus Foundation supports and accompanies you extensively in continuing training needs. Formally, you are qualified with a second state exam for teaching staff, a teacher-related or professionally similar Master's degree.
