You optimize our quality standards in the production of electronic assemblies You create production-relevant documents, such as production and testing instructions You perform repair, testing and maintenance activities (Test & Repair) You develop test concepts for electronic assemblies and subsystems You accompany the introduction of new production and assembly technologies from the perspective of quality assurance You analyse existing work processes and actively promote ideas for improvement (KVP)

A completed training in the field of electronics, mechatronics or another qualification or Experience A strong quality awareness Experience in electronics is a plus – but no need You work structured, carefully and gladly in the team You are ready to work in shift operation
