Field of activity

We are the joint data center of German pension insurance at the locations Berlin and Würzburg. We operate the IT infrastructure for all pension insurance companies in Germany. Service management ensures efficient processes, ensures the quality of our services and is in direct contact with our customers.

The Process Management team is responsible for design, establishment, controlling and continuous improvement of processes. Process management is a central point of contact and coordination for all management, core and support processes of the RZ-DRV process map.

Your tasks

• They coordinate process management, including process design and implementation with the construction, development and establishment of process management, as well as the continuous review of the effectiveness within the framework of process control and, where appropriate, the adaptation of processes
• You guide workshops on process optimization
• They perform tasks in service-level management, including the participation in the design and development of a key-number reporting, as well as the creation of service-level agreements
• They innovatively design the assigned tasks of the Service Management division with

Your profile

• They have completed higher education (Bachelor/Diplom FH/equal) or an equivalent qualification or completed vocational training in the field of economics
• You already have many years of current professional experience in a process organization in the IT environment
• You have ITIL experiences and know IT service management tools (for example BMC Helix or HP SM)
• Your strong understanding of process design – phases and associated responsibilities complete your profile perfectly
