You are characterized by:

• completed IT-based training and at least 3 years of professional experience in this environment (e.g. in the user help desk)
• Experience with telephoning – both inbound and outbound
• Knowledge of communication about different ways (telephone, mail, chat etc.)
• very good knowledge of German and English
