You’ll create and plead the content plan for Instagram and Facebook – including reels, stories and posts. You develop creative ideas for our channels and implement them independently or with agency support. You analyze social media key figures and optimize them. You enter our career side as well as our employer profile on Kununu and develop ideas to strengthen our presence. You accompany the implementation of an employer branding podcast.

You are studying (e.g. marketing, communication, BWL, HR) and can start for at least five months from August 2025. You bring interest in social media and employer branding – TikTok experience is a plus. You work independently, creatively and carefully, but you get support at any time. You have first experience with content creation tools, such as Clipchamp, Canva or similar – main thing, you can creatively implement ideas.
