Specialist Planner HVAC - Heating Construction / Ventilation Technology / Sanitary Planning (m/f/d)

You will cover comprehensive supply engineering building projects in the area of heating, ventilation and sanitation technology You set up innovative concepts, advises customers: inside and outside the interdisciplinary team and our system planners: You plan and unwind projects in all performance phases according to HOAI in the area of heating / ventilation / sanitation / cold You agree closely with internal and external construction and planning stakeholders and work with them You are the first to set up performance directories and to provide technical services You ensure the quality by means of construction site visit and documentation and check technical requests and develop solutions

You have a degree in utility technology or building energy technology as a Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor or Master Planning is the focus: When you bring experience in project planning, you are also welcome as a technician:in or master:in, utility technology and building energy technology, You have at least 4 years of professional experience in HKLS planning You are familiar with the usual CAD software in our industry, e.g. AutoCad, Autodesk Revit, Plancal Nova or can perfectly convey your concepts to our system planner: You master the programs of MS Office 365 and you ideally have experiences in the usual applications in our industry such as e.g. B. AVA software You are familiar with the recognized rules and techniques (DIN, DVGW, VDI, MLAR and legal requirements) as well as the VOB and the HOAI You have very good German skills (C1)
