In the role as a technician in facility management & VEFK, you are responsible for the care of the buildings and the property at the production site Hamburg. The factory is equipped with modern technical building equipment, which must be continuously developed, renewed and maintained. In addition, you will address the topic of planning and coordination of electrical installations . You function as an interface between different departments and external service providers. Your area of responsibility includes the invitation to tender for TGA facilities and the participation in the awarding, commissioning and coordination of service providers, as well as the planning and supervision of the climate and ventilation technology . Through your know-how in the field of technical building equipment, you design site heating from energy perspectives and participate in the implementation of sustainability projects and energy saving measures. Furthermore, you control the performance of the tasks of the responsible electric specialist and organize and carry out the prescribed tests. Your area of responsibility is rounded off by annual budget and investment planning .

You have a corresponding vocational training in electrical engineering and additional qualifications, such as masters or technicians. Alternatively, you have an academic education with well-founded expertise . A multi-year professional experience is advantageous. A high service orientation, excellent communication skills as well as a safe and binding occurrence are characteristics that characterize you. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile.
