Your tasks

As a service engineer (m/w/d) you represent Culligan with our customers on site. With your technical expertise and your sense of understanding and fulfilling customer needs, you make an important contribution to the satisfaction of our customers. We are looking for service technicians (m/w/d) for the following regions:

Solingen In detail, you can handle the following tasks: Own-responsible installation, commissioning and maintenance of fixed water dispensers at our customers on site Self-service and repair work and maintenance of our fixed water dispensers Instruction of our customers in device handling EDV-based documentation and Service reports

Completed technical or craft training, ideally in the field of electrical/electronics, electrical installation, refrigeration/air conditioning Ideally multi-year professional experience in technical customer service, preferably for beverage machines, coffee machines or water dispensers Cross entry: Inside with a technical background u/o passion are welcome! Technical understanding Embossed servicement, quality awareness and strong customer orientation High level of commitment and initiative Communication and cooperation capability Friendly appearance and well-maintained ways of dealing EDV knowledge in common programs readiness to travel (guide certificate class B)
